These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cut Throat, an online card game operated by Evolve X Enterprise at playcutthroat.com (the "Service").
By accessing or playing Cut Throat, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cut Throat. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will remove it.
You can play as a guest with no account, or sign in with Google or Apple to save your progress and stats. You can delete your account anytime from the home screen. If you sign in, you're responsible for:

We actively monitor for abuse, including rate-limit violations, suspicious login patterns, and account misuse. Violating these Terms may result in a warning, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban at our discretion — with or without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend, ban, mute, or otherwise restrict any account that violates these Terms or otherwise threatens the integrity or safety of the Service. Bans may be temporary or permanent depending on severity. We may also rename a display name that is offensive, impersonates someone, or is otherwise inappropriate.

Chips are a free, virtual in-game currency used to join online games. They are earned by playing, winning, watching optional ads, and referring friends. Chips cannot be purchased, have no cash or real-world value, cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for anything outside the game, and are not gambling.
Cosmetics (card backs, tables, avatars), seasonal items and badges such as Founding 100 are earned through play. They are a license to use within the game, not property, and have no monetary value. We may adjust balances, rewards, unlock requirements or seasonal events, and correct errors (for example, reversing chips or badges granted by a bug or through abuse).
The iOS app is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. Watching rewarded ads is optional. See our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.
The Cut Throat name, design, code, and branding are the property of Evolve X Enterprise. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.
Cut Throat is a variant of a traditional card game; we don't claim ownership over the underlying rules of play, only our specific implementation, branding, and platform.
Cut Throat is currently free to play. We may introduce new features over time, but nothing in these Terms guarantees the Service will remain free forever, uninterrupted, or error-free.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be secure, available at all times, or free of bugs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolve X Enterprise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including loss of data, service interruptions, or account suspension resulting from a Terms violation.
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, particularly in cases of Terms violations, without prior notice.
We may update these Terms as the game evolves — for example when new features, game modes, or policies are added. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Effective" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved under applicable U.S. federal and state law.
